Universities should enforce laws as a city that they argue to be. The problem is the administration isn’t elected and they control the cops. So they play games and hide crimes which enables the frats to get away with their crimes. Once they enforce the laws, many schools lose their reputations. This is why they hide it. It’s a scam.
