i have endometriosis and get very nervous that some day i’ll have appendicitis and i won’t know

If you are constantly taking nsaids you should be VERY worried about kidney and stomach damage you should not be taking them constantly you will destroy your stomach lining

I really try hard to limit my use to the first 2 days since that's when pain is the most intolerable, but even the max recommend dose every couple of hours isn't always effective. It genuinely feels like I’m in a lose-lose spot on what to do :(

Heat packs are kinda hit or miss, but it might be the brand I use. Ofc the one that has worked best for me needs to be plugged in 😭

If you are taking nsaids you can also take acetaminophen for pain as they act differently on your body
