Is crying in front of the girl you are dating a sign that I’m weak?

I just started dating a girl and I want to open up to her about my reasoning of my biggest fear , she told me that “I want to know just tell me whenever you are ready “ and I’m afraid that I might shed a tear

Don’t do it. She will complain that she’s not your emotional sponge, yet will expect you to be hers. She will find men crying as a turn off because it isn’t masculine. Just hold it in, nobody wants to hear men’s issues and they get angry if they do

it shows you care and can show your emotions. i’ve seen my bf cry and i fall more in love with him each time. it’s not weakness, it strengthens your relationship because it shows you can be vulnerable

it’s okay to shed a tear. you’re still human, you still have emotions. like your gf said, tell her when you’re ready, and if you need to take pauses or have a glass of water to drink from that’s totally okay. it may take you some time to finish telling her, but i can guarantee you she will be patient with you and stay with and support you as long as it takes

I’m pretty confident that I’ll open up to her tomorrow when I see her I’m hoping she’s cool about it , I’ve never been fully honest about my past trauma with a girl I like but I think she’ll appreciate it

just don’t give up on your emotions or your relationship. emotions can be so difficult to deal with, yet so rewarding. just continuously stay open with her and it’ll slowly become easier. it’ll take time but perseverance is key. plus you have her if you need some extra support or help. you’re a team, not a solo act

well get used to being open. again it’ll take time but if both of you are committed to the relationship it’ll work. there’s a lot people do when they’re single bc they’re alone. when you have a partner, you have to be able to adjust to it. couples are vulnerable with each other, even if it takes a lot of time to open up it’s worth it in the end
