That’s just a typical thing a cheater does. Cheaters are always thinking you are cheating on them too and will accuse you of things while they go behind your back

Well I wouldn’t know because I don’t do that and I’m not the whole of women

How would we know ask your ex. This isn’t a woman thing but just a guilty cheater thing. Both genders do this when they want to hide cheating allegations

Sounds like you got bad luck. There’s some evidence that people who get in one bad relationship are more likely to get more bad relationships in the future. Could just be luck, but if this keeps happening, it might be time to do some analysis.

A really good reminder is that people have a really hard time seeing outside of themselves and their own unique understanding of the world, so if someone is constantly accusing you or others of something it’s likely that they are doing it or thinking of it themselves

This isn’t always true as the other option is trauma/severe anxiety about it, so if someone has been deeply betrayed and has trust issues then they might need consistent reassurance BUT that doesn’t make it okay for them to accuse you or force you to reveal things like going through your phone or anything

Setting firm boundaries is a good start. Confidence, integrity, and a bit of brutal honesty will tell the narcissists that you can’t be manipulated, and that will hopefully scare away the bad ones.
