I would wait til you’re on your period or after. Idk if there’s any science to this but if I start my BC right before my period I don’t have that period, so I go 2 months no bleeding and then when I have my first placebo week it’s hell on earth.

I was told to start the Sunday after your period started, even if you were still bleeding.

you should take it consistently at the same time every day if you goal is to regulate your hormones💗if u taking the pill what i recommend u do is set a timer on you phone that repeats
