I smtimes feel like theyre not the best w talking abt their feelings. So they suppress it and look for anything to replace the empty feeling.

me personally (i am a woman so idk if this fully applies) when im the one to initiate the breakup this isnt something i just decided, i mentally broke up awhile ago so by the time i actually did end the relationship im not as stuck up on it
