Anxiety is tough for everyone. My friend group is mainly queer and a few trans individuals. We’re so much more likely to experience depression and suicidal ideation. But that doesn’t mean your experiences aren’t worth talking about. Everyone’s experiences shape them. I really hope you’re in a better space now.
This is not normal, but it is common. Nobody should be feeling that way and it means something is wrong, whether it is your brain or your environment. It’s common though, I’ve felt the same way and most often that’s the way I felt when I wasn’t in a panic mode, when I was in panic mode I was actively planning and searching for a way out
I’m glad meds helped ❤️ I think my issue was a hormonal imbalance because now I’m pregnant and feel so much better mentally (even though I have more reason to be anxious) I tried an ssri (Prozac/fluonxetine) and it just made me numb and unable to orgasm. I didn’t like it and now I have a fear of medicine??? I won’t even take advil..
