I usually just put it on (with the cups on the front) and reach behind for the clasps, this can be tricky so sometimes looking back into a mirror can help when learning or when dealing with difficult clasps. Occasionally some clasp hooks can be bent too far in so bending the hooks very slightly more out can also help if there’s a manufacturing issue.
this works for strapless bras but doing it with regular ones can stretch out the band faster, making it so u have to replace it sooner. if u have the shoulder mobility, putting the straps on first and then hooking behind u will help them last longer. the only way to get good at it is practice tho
