Any advice for being less tired and nodding off during class? I often get around 8 hours of sleep and eat a good breakfast but idk if it’s cause I eat an hour or two before class?

If you’re getting enough sleep and food and still falling asleep in class you might want to see a doctor

Is it all day or only certain classes like only morning classes or the afternoon/night ones? Maybe in general you’re not eating healthy enough? You say a good breakfast but is it healthy and what about the rest of your meals? Also, idk if you’re in a currently warm or cold area but something that makes me sleepy like crazy even if I’m the most perfectly slept person is AC. I automatically started falling asleep when my classes had AC on no matter what day or time of day and my own health.

I think I’ve gotten stuff checked in the past about being tired/low energy but 🤷

Maybe but I usually sleep decently? How long should would you recommend being off screens before bed?

Well, this semester I’ve been sleepy a lot in my 10 AM class and sometimes at my 1 PM class. I don’t know how healthy my breakfast is, but I usually have a fruit like cantaloupe. And it’s currently kind of winter here so I don’t think they’d have the AC on?

I second seeing a doctor. Regular Fatigue in spite of enough sleep can be a medical issue.

10am classes are brutal and i too feel sleepy around 1-2pm. i try to avoid 10am classes and i take a nap if i can around 1-2pm for thirty minutes to an hour. don’t know how helpful or healthy that makes me but it works.
