
1 is probably right for like 99% of people but the only thing i have seen that is proven to flatten it out are balancing out your hormones before those things affect A LOT, usually just requires doctor intervention and working out your core so when the abs start to form it’ll be flat, also core workouts also work for rib flares because it realigns the ribs so they don’t stick out as prominently, strong core mean no b and your ribs will sink back in, much like posture helps tremendously but it’s
