How to I get a slimmer tummy?? I workout and eat healthy and I still have my b shaped belly what do I do???

I just looked up what a b shaped belly is thats like so normal? Esp if u wear high waisted clothes like thats something that prob wont go away even if you lose weight

Honestly with b shape surgery correction is the only way, b shape happens after sucking in your belly and destroying the wall. Even with body fat reduction you’d still have a b shape. You can wear corsets but it won’t fully change it.

1 is probably right for like 99% of people but the only thing i have seen that is proven to flatten it out are balancing out your hormones before those things affect A LOT, usually just requires doctor intervention and working out your core so when the abs start to form it’ll be flat, also core workouts also work for rib flares because it realigns the ribs so they don’t stick out as prominently, strong core mean no b and your ribs will sink back in, much like posture helps tremendously but it’s

For awhile I thought I had a big tummy pouch area but it turns out it was a 5 lb ovarian cyst ✌️, sometimes it’s medical stuff making you seem bigger than you actually are
