completely depends on your anatomy, the guy/ timing / connection. i’ve had sex ranging from painful, boring, awkward, to decent, fun, pleasurable and fucking mind blowing. for first time tips i would def say prioritize foreplay. it to be uncomfortable as your body learns to adjust, esp in f you’re nervous. clitoral stimulation before penetration is a good idea. personally i absolutely love getting head, great way to relax and get warmed up, and finish tbh.
