Hmm it sounds like you want something gratifying rather than just simply "doing". Let me know if i am hitting the mark here. Because I can tell you, you're definitely doing a fuck ton more than the average student. If you're not feeling fulfilled in what you are doing, I encourage you to do some volunteering at your local shelter! Find an organization you want to support & inquire about volunteer positions. You have the opportunity to get involved in your community & help those that are in need
Something I have found helps me is to clean one thing a day. You’re already doing a lot, but most of them do not necessarily offer immediate gratification. If you spend 10-15 minutes cleaning one thing (organizing and wiping down your desk, folding and putting away clothes, cleaning your kitchen, bathroom, etc.) I find it makes me feel like I have something to show for my busy days (plus it helps keeps my place clean)
I feel like you’re right and actually ironically I just found out about this volunteer opportunity😁….also tho I’ve had someone tell me I don’t do enough so I feel like that’s been in the back of my head BUT o am joining another club it’s only once a month and will be looking into volunteering so I feel like that’s enough ++++ my church group is starting a bible study
