i’m a club swimmer year around but WANT MY NIPS PIERCED SO BAD. i have like no break i swim year around. can i take like a week off after getting them pierced and continue swimming? suit would be very tight

I don’t have the piercing personally but one week would NOT be enough. It would probably take at least a month, everyone is different, and it could take up to 6 for some… and swimming could be VERY BAD for it while it heals

I’m a swimmer too and I say don’t do it, I got a piercing and it never healed right because I swam while it was healing

If you’re a swimmer I’d say I’m sorry but more “hardcore” piercings may not be for you because they take longer to heal and are way more sensitive than just the ears or the nose.
