how do i ask my girlfriend for more emotional support without it coming off as rude. i’m kinda struggling mentally right now and she knows that but she’s not the best at that kind of comfort and I could really use more of a support system

Communication is key! Just make sure she isn’t your only support system, that can create a lot of pressure and a strain on the relationship.
