girls any advice for regulating cycles? idk what to do and ik I am definitely not pregnant or anything, but I haven’t had a regular cycle in months and the health center didn’t help me at all 🧍‍♀️ any thoughts?

without getting too medical heres just some lifestyle checks for u: are you sleeping 7-8 hrs? is your sleep schedule consistent? are you eating and drinking as much as you should? have you experienced lots of of stress recently? do you have regular physical activity? if you do workout, are you maybe exerting yourself too much during physical activity? have you lost or gained significant weight recently?

First I would definitely ask for a blood test that checked all ur hormones. I know a lot of people use teas to help regulate their cycle, personally I drink jujube tea
