she's not a drinker & neither of us really like pizza, but i did get us chinese food after we were done but she had somewhere to be before it would have arrived so i wanted to give her something cuz now i have this IOU feeling over my head

see i think i'm nervous cuz she sometimes gives me this weird look as if she thinks i'm gonna try and pull some weird shit when im just treating her the same as my other friends. and like i actually don't see her that way either

u could be like "hey i wanna show my appreciation for u helping me move, i like doing this for all my friends. what is smth u think ud like to receive?" or just get her a gift card to a place she likes w a msg that says "thanks for being a great friend :)" hard to misinterpret that
