i think everyone’s bodies react differently to things but i personally avoid it bc #1 im celibate, #2 i try to avoid resorting to medication unless i have to. again it helps some people just not for me personally

Depends on the person and side effects. I use it during my period bc it really helps with cramps

Keep track of the side affects, idk if it changed me as a person or with age but I used to be a lot different and lately I wonder if it’s why
