my ex got offended when i said i would choose my snail and my plants over him because he was annoyed that they take up so much space. i said “if ur giving me an ultimatum, then ur not the kind of person i want in my life. it’s not about the snail or the plants, it’s about ur lack of empathy and the fact that i shouldn’t have to choose to give up my babies for a man.” my fiancé has basically adopted my babies as his own and that’s the kind of man any woman should have in her life.
