I just play wrestled with my girlfriend, things got a little intense and I accidentally used some real strength and she said it frightened her. She’s not upset at me or anything but how do I make her more comfortable with the strength gap between us?
if you know how little she is, then just hold back on your strength.

For context, I am a power lifter and I played football in college. She’s a pilates girl. (I weigh 285 at 6’3 but am losing weight down to 225, she weighs 110 at 5’4)
