If u talk to ur mom or dad then have them mention her hair next time they see it and have them compliment it. She might feel like “obv he’s gonna compliment me he’s my bf” and not feel like it’s genuine

Have her get dressed up and show off her new hair. Get a near dress to compliment it. Like if she’s got short hair, get a dress with an open back. If she died her hair bright red, get her a black dress to show off the pretty red color. Then be obnoxious about how good she looks when she’s done getting ready for your date night

One thing you can do though is ask her directly if she wants emotional support or solutions. Sometimes we just want support and being thrown solutions that we’ve already thought of can be frustrating
