it’s normal to get some amount of clear/white discharge or spotting between periods, but if it’s ~all the time~ and sometimes yellow, green, itchy, or smelling bad, it’s time to see your doctor. it is also perfectly acceptable to wash the vulva with just warm water and no soap, so if you’re using soap or a scented feminine wash, it may be a reaction of your body trying to self-clean an allergen out or becoming too dry after you shower.
but you should never be putting any cleansing product on the inside, and this often happens when people who don’t know that experience irritation. if you’re using wet wipes, as well, you should limit them to fragrance-free gentle baby wipes (or one if those disposable cotton face towels with just water) to rule out any allergies there. if it’s not an infection, it could be that you’re allergic to something you’re using to manage the discharge, which is creating more discharge.
could be a contact allergy or problem with friction then. if you have the means to do so, you should ask your doctor. if you don’t, make sure you’re wearing loose cotton briefs only, wash with warm water only, don’t use pads with scents/odor eliminating ingredients/essential oils/etc., wash your hands/toys with a mild soap and rinse thoroughly before masturbating, and don’t have sex with a partner.
