I’m white with sort of straight/wavy hair, and I don’t know of any protective hairstyles commonly used by white people… or if there are any, maybe they’re called something different?Maybe I’ll learn something today

What do u mean by protective? Like black ppl are claiming braids??

No like if you’re going swimming they’ll get braids, or during the summer time when the heat messes up your hair. Basically a style to protect your hair from the elements & make it look presentable
