Should I pursue the woman I like? We have an age gap but I feel this sense of peace when around her. I always held myself back from telling her my true feelings because of the age gap. What is your advice? I feel like she’s pretty mature.

so i’m about her age and idk i feel like 30 would be a little old but that may just be a personal thing. but as long as you didn’t know each other when she was younger it doesn’t come off as creepy. it just depends because usually 22 year olds and 30 yr olds are looking for different things but maybe you guys arent idk

Any examples? For me, Personally, once you have a job. You more than likely want to find your second half. Maybe have kid. Idk… normal stuff? I know she has loftier goals and I’m okay with it. Many people think it is an age thing and it isn’t. I’m not going after her because she’s younger. I’ve talked to women close to my age. I dislike the idea of going after someone due to age in most cases.

I was always shy around her and the roles sort of reversed pretty much. I never wanted her to feel the way I made her feel. I was hot and cold, because of the age gap, having freaking butterflies whenever I was around her. I could barely function.

like for me personally 22 is crazy young to be thinking about settling down fully and having kids. i need to get more established in my career and travel and have a lot more fun first lol. vs you being 30 are naturally gonna want to actually settle down sooner. i dont know her so idk what she wants like as far as i know yall could be perfect tg. but those r just my thoughts as someone who’s the same age.

I get what you’re saying. I wish I easily liked people and no one wants to feel like they settled. Yeah, I can probably try to make things work with someone else but it just doesn’t make sense to force yourself away from something that feels so natural. Idk how to explain it.
