If I am working 80 to 100 hours a week, is it unreasonable to expect that my partner who stays at home and does not have a job take care of things around the house? Of course I’ll help on my days off

That doesn’t seem unreasonable. Though if you haven’t asked that of them and get mad that they haven’t done it that’s weird. Other than that it’s perfectly fine to ask your partner to do something. If they refuse you may need to have a discussion about expectations and compromises to make sure both of you understand what the other wants from the relationship
