Should the first amendment to the Constitution be amended to prevent any first amendment challenges to making it illegal to take photos and videos of people in public places without consent? Should we play the long game to make this happen?
No. Then we would not be able to record police and more people would be wrongly convicted

That would fall under 4th amendment more so with the right to privacy. In addition that would make security cameras illegal in a way.

Why am I being down voted? I don’t see why being recorded by creeps in public is the price we have to pay for being able to record the police in order to hold them to account?

Due to safety and privacy concerns, we need a o find a way to make public place recordings and videos that are nonconseneyal illegal.
