Anyone else’s self esteem hitting rock bottom from dating apps and dating in general? Like the apps are completely silent or on the anonymous apps we mesh really well until they see me then they suddenly don’t feel it anymore magically.

Dating apps in general don’t help confidence. I’m sorry you are going through that. Dating is hard and I’ve absolutely felt insecure over my appearance while looking to date.

The way I see it, everyone deserves love but when you go out looking for it, you might end up finding the wrong thing. It’s better to let it come naturally, without searching or forcing it. That way, you know it showed up with intention, not by accident. That probably sounds a little confusing, but that’s what I mean.

If you’re a man it’s a different story. You will have to meet certain prerequisites to even get matches in the first place. And if you want short term links it’s practically impossible if you aren’t a certain archetype

You’re white that’s literally the most important trait before face and height. If you’re wiling to date minority women and you aren’t fat, take good pics you should be accruing a handful of matches per week

If you’re fat that is seriously harming your matches. Most white guys who go from fat to normal see a decent improvement in matches. You got the photos covered which is good, only thing I would ensure is the clothing which I’ll trust you have also

I mean you’re a white dude and probably at least average facially. In your case your motivation should be the fact you’re practically guaranteed to get matches given you’re fine with dating all types of women lol
