This! There is nothing wrong with approaching someone and starting a conversation or asking someone out just be sure you do it respectfully and are aware of their boundaries. Also, consent is key!

i feel as though you are purposefully ignoring my point! i specifically pointed out the word sexy. There are many other ways to say a girl looks good, you could say she looks good, or she looks pretty! its also not illegal, just sometimes creepy if you say it with a weird tone and dont read the signals that she isnt interested

Harassment is considered illegal so yes it would be if you consider that to be harassment. Also “creepy” = ugly, romantic = attractive. If the guys ugly you women call it creepy, but if he’s hot, you say it’s oh so romantic

im saying that things can be creepy and not harassment, and i think you are very set on if someone is attractive they can’t be creepy, that is absolutely not true. If someone comes up to me and gets very close and says hey sexy, ugly or not, i find it uncomfortable, if you come up to me and say hey i think you are really pretty, could I get your number? it works better becauseit sounds like the purpose is more long term than what can i get from you right now
