Take a probiotic at the same time as an antibiotic. Any will do

If it’s your first yeast infection and you didn’t have a dr confirm it might actually be bacterial vaginosis, which commonly is mistaken for yeast infection and has light bleeding associated with it. I recommended seeing a dr ASAP. If that’s out of your budget see if there’s a planned parenthood in your area.
