I actually don’t know where to begin with my level of avoidance. Planned a date with a guy I’ve been talking to and suddenly I’m not interested at all. I was so excited before. Butterflies and shit. Now what 😭 What type of therapy fixes this dammit

well you can either figure that out in therapy or on your own before you have a relationship, processing all that. or you can try to process those feelings with a partner in a relationship and get through it that way. some relational problems can only be solved in relationships, as long as you’re really open
