
Strength of your hair- I’ve been using biotin for years and it has helped. Collagen may help, as well. I do monthly (one time a month) protein or keratin treatments, and these help a lot. If you can wash your hair less, that would also help. According to Google- iron and zinc rich foods will help as well.
