Personally even a good bra can be uncomfortable on a hot day because of boob sweat but it shouldn’t hurt

if your bra is hurting it either doesn’t fit you right or ur wearing a super wiry one

I found my biggest problem is the band digging in under my armpits, I’ve gotten big red marks from it before. It hot days it just gets uncomfortable cause it can trap sweat

I am autistic and touch/fabric sensitive- bras are not a good time
