Men eat a lot more than we do usually and a lot more greasy, fried, or food full of sulfur which causes the odor to worsen

females are more genetically predisposed to take care of their health, because they carry pregnancies. males are more genetically predisposed not to care as much about their own health, because somebody has to hunt risky prey and test poisons, and it makes sense not to be the ones carrying the pregnancies to further the species. obviously not all human men are males, and not all human women are females, but many are.
