it doesn't matter, the survey specified that they were attempting to have sex "that they knew [the woman] did not want and to which she had not consented."

If you say yes after spending time one on one that’s not rape omg. Another strategy is “telling her whatever she wanted to hear” which was the most commonly one used. So by technicality any woman who’s lied about their body count to sleep with someone has raped them based on that strategy

??? trying to have sex with someone who you "KNOW DID NOT WANT TO" is the definition of coercion, why are you trying to apologize for that?

Yeah no one should be lying to get someone to sleep with them.. and by you going straight to body count I think you’re on a certain side of the internet

Are you trying to? So you’re saying that if a guy thinks “oh maybe she won’t want to if she knows this about me so I’ll lie about it” doesn’t apply to if it were a woman?

Idc about body count, but if we’re gonna count “telling her whatever she wants to her” the same should also apply to women

anyone attempting to have sex with someone who they KNOW DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE SEX WITH THEM is being coercive, regardless of gender. this is a paper about men doing it to women, so we're talking about that.

oh it's you again, still can't figure out what "sex they knew she did not want and to which she had not consented" means, huh?

Disagree. 2.7k means that some ethnic groups + social classes are not accurately represented. Not to mention this would at best apply only to America and Canada. Age range is wide as hell for 2.7k only
