me. they are dirty and too energetic and too needy having to be taken outside every time they have to go to the bathroom. and they smell.

i have had a dog before and also literally nothing i said was false. they always want to jump on you and their bodies are very solid and dense so they’re not nice to cuddle with. they go outside and get bugs and mud all over them. you can’t leave your house for more than a couple hours (depending on the size of the dog) without getting a sitter. they are too loud. they smell and they make your house smell. they make a mess, always dripping water everywhere

and they’re not always even nice to pet because with some of them you get that weird waxy residue feeling on your hands from their fur
