If your goal is to give the illusion of an hourglass figure. If its to get a flat tummy then no, it's just redistributing fat

Waist trainers don’t burn anything physically to the body and are just a waste of money. My trainer never recommended them and the men who train won’t either. Just do workouts that really focus on your core 2-3x a week and drink a lot of water

bodybuilder here, you cannot spot reduce fat. Your body naturally has a set distribution of where your fat goes and when you lose fat, it is lost everywhere, equally :)

I know. I’m already fairly skinny so not looking to lose weight I just want to accentuate my waist more
