My rapist has been arrested numerous times in relation to child sexual abuse, trafficking, and drugging of minors. His latest charge in ‘23 got him 8.5 years, after being arrested in ‘17 for the same shit, after he’d harmed me as a minor. They don’t get their lives fucking ruined how we do, they get a slap on the wrist.

It’s her boyfriend, you can cuddle in bed it’s not like you can’t touch eachother right?

if he is touching her in a sexual manner while she is unaware and asleep and it hasn’t been previously discussed it is 100% sexual assault consent needs to be given which can’t happen if she is asleep

So a girl in a relationship kissing her bf in a surprising way and then he goes in for more is sa since it’s a surprise? 😭🙏

she is ASLEEP dude it isn’t rocket science, if you’ve discussed it with your significant other - do whatever you want but your significant others body is not yours to just use at free will whether it’s a girl or a guy. if someone is NOT CONSCIOUS don’t make sexual advances unless you’ve discussed it. completely different

They did though but I can try and make it clearer for you. If a person surprises their partner with a kiss then the other person can say no and have a talk about how that made them uncomfortable. If a person touches their partner while asleep there is no consent at all and cannot be consent because they are UNCONSCIOUS

They can’t say no, it’s a surprise. You still haven’t answered my question

no that would not be SA because kissing consciously is different because they can SAY no, once they say no if you continue kissing them that would be SA

What about before they said no though? It’s not like they could’ve said no if it was a surprise so it’s sa right? Since it was a surprise and already happened?
