Raging yeast infection and acne that won’t go away no matter what I do. I’ve never felt this bad about myself. I feel so disgusting I don’t understand how my boyfriend could find me beautiful. What do I do to get out of this funk? I feel so hopeless

Yes :( spironolactone for acne is causing yeast infections, which they gave me medicine for to combat but not to much success

Okay so definitely don’t take the acne medicine. What have you tried for the acne besides this medicine?

I’ve used Panoxyl before and it worked, but I developed an allergy to benzoyl peroxide so now I cannot use it :(
