Just suggest something that works for you and an activity and if it doesn’t work for them and they suggest a different time or day then you know they do wanna hang out, if they don’t suggest another time then ask them if another time works better, if they say “I don’t know when will work” or something then I’d say no they don’t want to hang out. Thats not something I’d do as a woman who didn’t wanna hang out, but it’s how I’d deal with the woman

Yes. I’m indecisive and often do that when I want to hang with friends but don’t know what to do

Yes, she just didn’t have anything specific in mind, some of my friends always want a “plan” of what we should do whenever we hang out so its probably just something like that
