I’m so sorry you’re going through that girl 🫶🫶 just know that, even in a romantic/dating context, it’s completely acceptable and fine to request certain specific acts of physical affection and not just let someone do whatever they want with you. Like if you’re on an app or texting someone, you can say “i just want someone to hug right now” or “someone to kiss right now” and make it clear that that’s ALL you want at the moment - if someone is decent they will respect that and someone else…

… out there absolutely feels the same way you do. Or if you’re at a party/in a bar meeting someone, it’s more than okay to say explicitly“i just want a hug/kiss/make-out/etc” casually, you don’t owe someone sex or your number just because they gave you physical affection. It is harder to find that in a platonic way, but tbh if another girl in a bar next to me just said “hey i really need someone to hug rn” i would 100% hug her no questions asked
