
I personally do like push, pull, leg, rest day. I tend to do 4 exercises per day and go for 40-60 mins (depends how distracted I get rlly). I also sometimes do cardio at the beginning of arm days cus why not. My favorites for each day push: shoulder press, chest press, pushups, and then I tend to go do smth random cus those r the three i like lol Pull: lat pull downs, seated rows, biceps curls (u can do actually different versions of these based on like which way ur palm is facing), pull ups
I take weight off for the pull ups lol. Leg day: squats with weight, lunges with weight, side lunges also with weight, the one machine u lay down and push the weight up with ur legs lol. Cardio I tend to just run a mile but if I have a lot more time I’ll do a couple hrs walk and walk for like 4-5 miles
In no way am I a gym expert but it’s what I do lol but yeah I honestly think consistency is most important thing. Do whatever gets u to keep going imo and push urself to where u can, but I do think it is hard to get used of pushing urself so like don’t discourage urself and like overwhelm urself. U want it to be enjoyable so do what u can. I tend to be around 40-50 mins 5 days a week when I’m in my consistency phases lol
