Has this happened to anyone else? I went on birth control to manage my 🩸 and this was my first one after I started and my cramps were no longer as frequent but were worse when I did get them, and now I’m on day 8 of my 🩸, which never happened before.

How long have you been on it? I take it and the first 4-5 months of the right pill were inconsistent but it balanced out

I switched birth controls recently and went through break through bleeding. My doctor told me it takes about 3 months for your body to adjust to the hormones. If the cramping or bleeding is extremely bad definitely contact your doctor.

It would be a little over a month now. This is just odd for me since I was previously on the pill (now on the depo shot) and this didn’t happen when I was on the pill

I think 3 months is the normal for regulation
