dallas, tx is doing a pretty good job at tackling homelessness with their "housing first" strategy and i think more cities need to follow their lead. i think citizens should try to help out a little more as well — a little goes a long way. giving a person you see on the street a bottle of water, granola bar, cash, a fast food gift card, bag of chips, some socks, etc.
