I always regret it, but that's because i love doing fun styles with it and it's harder to do with short hair (still very possible and cute just harder). But if it needs the trim and you want a change go for it!

Longer hair is so much nicer. Generally looks nicer, more feminine, you can do so much more with it, I prefer long hair a thousand times over.
