Compliment them on things others would barely notice. Typically centered around hygiene like saying “you smell great” “your nails are gorgeous” “your lips have a really pretty shape” and hope the convo flows from there.

I mean I won’t say it’s *good* advice but generally I say a shit ton of flirty puns. Either they vibe with that or they don’t, but it has the benefit of not being uncomfortable while also making it clear that I’m flirting
