I don’t have an answer but wouldn’t it be easier to just not interact with her?
I mean that way you don’t even need to not hate her if it doesn’t have to affect your life. Is she a coworker or relative, someone you can’t avoid?

Ah. Well it’s understandable to feel jealous or resentful in that scenario. Most people do even if they don’t admit to it. You are allowed to feel irritated or resentful or someone while acknowledging u don’t hate them as a person.

Ig I don’t hate who they are, I hate that I’m not them

Sounds more like jealousy than hatred, which I think is a pretty natural response to when your ex starts dating someone new

Maybe a Pro Cons list too, like is it worth not liking them. Distraction helps as well

I hate that I feel this way cause they seem happy and doing well but I just wish I could still be with them

It’s a hard feeling to have but know you’re not alone in it

It’s just hard knowing that I don’t get to be by their side

It’s not worth it, but I just wish it was me and not them

I’ve never met this person, I just know they’re with my ex
