
mine left me so unfortunately im not in ur exact shoes, however the biggest thing i can say is learning to love and enjoy being around yourself, from my experience anxious attachment can stem from insecurity in how you view yourself and not wanting to let someone go and be alone. you need to realize that you are the only person who will never leave you,
It’s been a long process and my circumstances were a bit different. It’s helped with time though. I’ve gotten better at being able to sit with my emotions and self soothe… maybe a little too well that I may be more avoidant now. But therapy has helped me and exploring my hobbies/passions too. It gives me a sense of purpose and a new perspective.
