How do yall stay disciplined balancing school, work and physical activity in the school year? I need an academic, social and physical comeback next fall
make a plan (Google Calendar, physical calendar, or whatever) add due dates to school assignments, when things are, literally anything! And don’t forget to add downtime.

I also timeblock my time and make it a routine so i go to the gym at the same time everyday, do work at the same time everyday so everything is consistent and easy to stick to. Also like throw your phone away or put it in jail
