there’s also teddy bears/plushies that you can microwave that i personally like more than heating pads.

If she owns a heating pad see if it’s old and you could buy a new one of the same brand if she loves it or id suggest getting a really cute one, an animal or with designs of a show she likes. I’d get her some ibuprofen and some small snacks she loves to go with it so she can take them whenever she needs. Also if she has a favorite tea or soda that could help on a rough day

My bf got me a portable heating pad by the brand Pixie and I LOVE IT! It comes with a recharged portable battery and the one I got is thin and flexible. Has massage settings and different heat levels. It’s great for if she gets bad cramps but is not home to use an actual one.

Try to get a very flexible heating pad if possible so she doesn’t have to hold it as much
