It might be a cyst! I have one (not to be tmi) on my vag and it’s totally common in women you can get it surgically removed or leave it alone if it’s not causing you discomfort or making you feel some type of way. I’m due for my surgery soon.

Sounds like it could be a cyst (I had one similar to what you described once although more minor) but definitely good that you’re getting it checked out! I hope all goes well and please feel free to update us like #3 said!

No. No smell. No discharge. And it is only one large multiple inch long lump and herpes is more of wart clusters that are smaller. I literally was just STI tested less than 3 months ago and haven’t had sex in 7 months
