Ooh also ik quite a few girls really like to use period underwear, maybe in addition to a cup

i like menstrual cups but if my period is tooooooo heavy it leaks a bit

Haven’t tried them but I think they’re called diva cups?

Maybe talk to your doctor too if your bleeding that heavily their might be something going on that they could help with. They might want to put you on birth control if your not already ... That's why I started birth control pills , heavy bleeding and severe cramps/pms

cup changed my life (prev wore super plus or ultra tampons every two ish hours)

discs too! they arent as rigid and i leak less with them
